ProvisionGard works with your existing packaging manufacturing process. Your converter adds it to the coating on paper packets, the resin used to make film, or the adhesive between the layers of a laminate. We match the treatment route to your pack and production process.
Coating route
Blended into the overprint varnish or water-based coating on paper packets and pouches at the printing stage. Five-minute mix, no press changes.
Film additive route
Supplied as food-grade pellets and blended into the resin when film is blown or a lamination layer is extruded.
Adhesive route
Added to the solvent or solventless adhesive that bonds the layers of a multilayer laminate, such as a PET/PE pouch.
